VO2 Max Testing

During this test you will perform a maximum, or sub-maximum, physical test on a treadmill or bike while being monitored by our CardioCoach device. An accurate assessment of your aerobic fitness is crucial to designing an effective training program and prediction of maximal steady-state running speed or cycling wattage. The entire process for testing will take approximately 45 minutes.

Resting Metabolic Rate Testing

This test measures an individual’s oxygen consumption at rest. During this test you will be monitored by our CardioCoach device while at rest for approximately 7-15 minutes. The data from this test can be used to assist in creating weight loss or maintenance plans when working with a dietician, physician, or personal trainer.
